Overview
This conference brings together policymakers, academics, and practitioners from around the globe to discuss an old idea; security through neutrality. What used to be commonplace even for the United States is only a distant memory today. Nevertheless, the paradigm holds intuitive appeal for Europe and Asia. In four panels this conference will discuss the main operative concepts that modern neutrals use and how they might be valuable in other parts of the world.
